Residential Project Manager

We are a small remodeling company seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee medium- and large-scale home addition projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage projects efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential remodeling and addition projects from planning through completion
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, homeowners, and team members
• Perform material take-offs and order materials as needed
• Schedule, manage, and oversee subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential construction/project management
• Field experience required
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and solve problems on the fly
• Must have a reliable truck and basic tools
• Customer service oriented
