HR Generalist

Mid-Atlantic Builders, an award-winning local homebuilder, is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing team. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, approachable, and ready to jump in on all things people and process, from onboarding new hires to keeping employee records buttoned up and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation
•  Support payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with employee engagement and company culture initiatives
• Handle HR communications and general administrative tasks

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of HR or administrative experience (homebuilding or construction industry a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up
• Working knowledge of HR systems and compliance basics
• Positive attitude and commitment to confidentiality
