Elm Street Development is seeking an experienced (5+ years) residential land development construction manager in our McLean office or other regional offices to oversee field operations current and future development projects in the suburban Maryland area. The position is field-oriented with management responsibilities to include permitting, bid solicitations, project budgeting, field engineering, land development construction management, regulatory compliance, and bond release. The position will also include office-based support such as assisting with entitlements, land planning, and permit/approval acquisition and management.
