Now Hiring: Residential Construction Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for residential construction? We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing new home construction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to assigned build sites to verify progress, track status, and ensure quality control.
• Act as a liaison between construction crews, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
• Utilize BuilderTrend to maintain project schedules, track “to-do” lists, and manage construction timelines.
• Upload and process POs for payment, ensuring accurate and timely financial tracking.
• Obtain necessary permits with applicable town, city, and county offices to ensure compliance with all building regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building codes.
• Problem-solve and make proactive decisions to keep projects running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential construction project management (required).
• Strong understanding of building codes, permitting, materials, and construction processes.
• Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).
