Sales & Selections Coordinator (New Homes)
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- $50,000 - $90,000 per year, (salary plus commission)

Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist buyers in selecting features and options for their homes.
- Ensure client authorization for all selections and provide detailed diagrams as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, trades, and estimators to maintain current and relevant selection offerings.
- Act as the point of contact throughout the selection process and actively listen to customer needs.
- Address and resolve selection-related issues during the construction process.
- Manage pre-qualified leads provided by the company, focusing on converting these leads into satisfied customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational, and communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills / Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and closing sales.
- Act as a sales representative by directing and greeting prospects/customers, providing tours of the models, and soliciting feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of sales models and assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining collateral and customer files.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry
- Experience in sales, in any industry, preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience with CRM
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening hours
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- New Home sales experience a plus (model home tours or walking homesites)
- A Real Estate License or previous Real Estate experience a plus but not required
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
