Estimator Drywall & Painting

Experienced Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements

- Utilize estimating software and tools to create comprehensive estimates

- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers

- Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

- Proficiency in estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff / Quick Bid (or other software)

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $56,267.00 - $90,000.00 per year
