Your Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive assistance to our sales team
by handling order entry, addressing walk-in customers, assisting the sales team, and helping to identify
leads.


Special Services Liaison:
 Serve as the point person for work orders, assisting the team with inputting these into the
system accurately and efficiently.
Overflow Handling:

 Assist sales representatives by managing overflow tasks such as responding to inquiries,
processing orders, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
 Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and other internal departments to streamline
processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Walk-In Management:
 Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
 Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
 Direct customers to the appropriate sales representative if necessary, ensuring a smooth
handoff.
Sales Support:
 Collaborate with sales representatives to understand their needs and provide support
accordingly.
 Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports as required.
 Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all
sales collateral
 Work with Marketing and Business Development to identify sales leads
Data Management:
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in
the CRM system.


Qualifications:
 Strong interest in sales support or a customer service role
 Great attitude with a proactive and doer mentality
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with
customers and team members
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as
part of a team
 Extremely reliable and timely, with a commitment to being in office Monday through Friday
from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but we also expect and hope that planned vacations will be taken
 Hardworking and flexible
