APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

James Keelty & Co., Inc., a Real Estate Developer/Builder/Property Management company, in Baltimore and Howard County is accepting applications for a Floating Maintenance Technician.. Qualified applicants must be experienced in apartment general maintenance including snow removal.  We value you and your experience and are looking for bright, friendly people who enjoy working in the Property Management industry. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Call-Duty – Available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays when on call
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in an apartment property management setting
• Working in or running an apartment community

• Physical requirements include: heavy lifting (minimum 50 lbs); climbing stairs and ladders; kneeling, squatting and crawling.
• CFC Certification

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Proficient computer skills-Word, Excel, Outlook
• Reliable Transportation is a must.  

Responsibilities:

• Daily work orders and handling in-unit repairs HVAC/Appliance/Electrical/ Plumbing
• Snow removal
• Turn around vacant units
• Call duty on a 7 week rotation
