Lease Administrator

NAI Michael is the suburban Maryland representative of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm.  Located in Lanham, Maryland, our Property Management department is seeking a Lease Administrator for our portfolio consisting of over 6 million square feet of Retail, Office and Industrial properties.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities for each property in assigned portfolio:

• Abstracting Leases including amendments, renewals & assignments and entering them in Yardi.
• Facilitate CAM and property reconciliations including notifications of new estimates.
• Assist with budgeting of Lease related income.
• Request & track Certificates of Insurance.
• Maintain and update lease activities in Yardi Lease Manager.
• Maintain all digital tenant lease files, documents and correspondence.
• Track and report gross sales for retail tenants.
• Sending Tenant delinquent/late notices as approved by Manager.
• Respond to audit related requests from outside auditors.
• Assist Property Managers with resolving tenant and vendor matters as well as budget preparation.
  
  

Requirements:  5+Year of Commercial Lease Administration

Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Yardi or other major Property Management systems.  Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to manage multiple tasks amid shifting priorities. Assertive personality to drive completion of processes. Strong work ethic and self-motivation.  Flexibility to handle expected and unforeseen tasks with professionalism.
