Senior Site/Civil (Land Development) Engineer

ATCS is rapidly growing! We are looking for a qualified, passionate Senior Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Engineer. Candidates will be local to our Largo, MD office location where we provide a hybrid work environment. This position is an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the organization's growing Site/Civil group.

You'll spend your time:

• Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
• Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
• Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
• Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
• Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development

About you:

• You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
• You hold a Maryland PE license
• You have 8+ years of private-sector land development engineering experience
• You are a self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are familiar with state and municipal design and development processes
• You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
• You have experience in Maryland - specifically Charles, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and/or Montgomery Counties
