Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will support the sales team to ensure successful flooring, tile, and countertop projects for Company and Customer.

Responsibilities:

• provide support to outside sales team
• assist with administrative paperwork to maximize sales performance and profitability
• formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
• collaborate on development of collateral materials including brochures, technical sheets, PowerPoint templates, and customer promotional material
• support the maintenance of internal tolls and resources including sales bidding application, sales contact directory
• prepare customer proposals, pricing verifications, and sales presentations
• provide special quotes, as needed, for Design Studio and Builder Clients
• ensure prospective clients and current customers are provided relevant information and questions are addressed in a timely manner
• all other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• excellent written and oral communication skills
• ability to plan and manage time effectively
• skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
• excellent analytical skills
• proficient with technology and standard software tools including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Adobe
• general understanding of residential construction
• knowledge of flooring, tile, and countertops (not required)
